Collective classes are circuit-training sessions with a restricted numbers of 8 people maximum. It allows me to have an eye on every participant and to offer the possibility of a quality class to everyone.
Each class belongs to a planification of 10 sessions which will articulate around the following frame :
- Pushing exercice
- Pulling exercice
- Knee extension
- Hips extension
Finally, isolation, core, power and agility exercices will complete the frame.
